        摘要：Internal radiation therapy of 131 I- lipiodol with hepatic artery injection（Method A） and B-ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture（Method B） was observed in twenty patients with liver cancer. The radionuclide images showed that the 131I-lipiodol acumulated in tumor mainly. The radioactivity of tumor/liver （T/L）ratio in method A and method B was 3.87 ± 2.77 and 9.15 ± 3.41, the effective half-life of 131I- lipiodol in tumor was 4.7 ± 1.92 days and 6.22 ± 0.61 days, and the radioactivity of lung was 13.19 ± 3.01% and 5.19 ± 2.28% respectively. These results suggested that the 131 I- lipiodol biodistribution in method B is better than method A. Clinical results showed that AFP levels dropped rapidly in 64.3% of the patients with positive AFP.A shrinkage in tumor size was observed in 66.7% of patients. With the transient fever, elevated bilirubin and SGPT in some patients, no other toxicity and adverse reactions were observed.

        摘要：lasma α-ketoisocaproate concentrations in 20 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and 30 normal controls were determined by stable isotope dilution-mass spectrometry . It was found that the plasma level of this compound was much lower in patients（21.41±1.64μmol/L） than in normal subjectS （44.07± 1.51 μmol/L）. Group t-test revealed a very significant difference with P<0.001. The significance and probable cause of such a difference is discussed.

        摘要：The mean biovailability（F） after s.c. injection of rHuEPO was signincantly higher than that after i.p. injection in healthy SD rats. The mean t1/2β after a s.c.dose of 100U/kg in normal human volunteers, pre-dialysis and peritoneal dialysis uremic patients were 15.4 ± 0.9, 16.6 ± 6.9 and 9.2 ± 2.7 h respectively. In pre-dialysis patients, the mean F after a s.c. dose was 41 ± 17%. Serum rHuEPO concentrations after a s.c. dose decreased slowly and were over three times of baseline 48 hours later. It is concluded that s.c. administration is the optical route for rHuEPO.

        摘要：or the assessment of the diagnostic efficiency of planar gated myocardial scintigraphy（PGMS） and comparison of value of left ventricltun myocardial contraction fraction（LVCF） with that of the ejection fraction（EF）, 18 normal subjects and 118 patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） performed 99mTc-MIBI myocardial imaging, including SPECT, PGMS and radionuclide ventriculography （RNV）. All LVCF data were correlated to LVEF by RNV. The results showed that the overall sensitivities of SPECT and PGMS for diagnoSing CHD were 90.7% and 83.3% respectively. Similar specificities were found. The reproducibility of Density Method to calculate LVCF which was based on the end systolic increase in myocedial count density was good. The corresPOnding correlation coefficient（r） and the regression equation were: LVCF=0.54× EF+24.21; r=0.86. Segmental wall motion observed by PGMS well conincided with that of RNV.

        摘要：In the quality control of SPECT, point source, line source, the tomographic resolution phantom, quadrant-bar, OHTP（orthogonal hole type phantom） and the tomographic uniformity Phantoms etc were used. Nine parameters were proposed to evaluate the performance of Apex 409 AG SPECT. Comparison of these parameters between 1988 and 1993 was found that the performance of SPECT has been slightly degraded since 1988. Besides, the reasons of changes of some parameters were briefly discussed.

        摘要：Mathematical analysis and kinetic experiments demonstrated that the incubation timet required for achieving equilibrium in radioligand binding assays of receptors varies with the total concentration of radioligand LT. With other conditions kept constant, the smaller the radioligand concentration, the longer the take requied.Therefore, the incubation time should be determined by the time required for achieving equilibrium with the lowest instead of higher concentrations of radioligand. The occassional "hook" phenomenon of the t-LT correlation curve at very low doses of LT has been discussed.

        摘要：he immunoglobulin G（IgG） was directly labelled with 99mTc by prereduction of IgG with dithiothreitol and redution of pertechnetate wiht a stannous kit. The radiochemical purity was over 95% .Hence no purification was needed,High labelling dfficiency could be obtained with a variety of weak exchange ligands, such as PYP, MDP, GH, Phytate and EHIDA kits ,But DTPA was not effective substance for this procedure. iN vitro studies and the animal imaging showed that 99mTc -IgG was stable useful in diagnosis of focal experimental abscess.

        摘要：An improved method of direct labelling of McAb fragment with 99mTc is described. The radiolabelling yield have been obtained more than 95% in 0.1mol/L borate buffer at pH 9.3. The radiolabelling antibody fragment was stable in vitro.Imaging and biodistribution was studied using LS174T bearing nude mice. Imaging was obtained at 10h post-injection revealed clearly visible tumors. The improved method can be used in radioimmunoscintigraphy.

        摘要：irect labelling method and conditions of monomeric antibody Fab’ with 99mTc were investigated. Polyclonal antibody IgG was digested with ficin to produce dimeric fragments F（ab’）2, which was subsequently reduced to monomeric fragments Fab’ with 2-mercaptoetylamine. Finally, Fab’ was incubated with sodium gluconate（Sn（Ⅱ）） kit solution and 99mTc, eluated at room temperature to form 99mTc-Fab’.The labelling efficiency was 85%- 95%. The stability of labelled products was satisfactory and the elimination rate was faster than 90mTc-IgG.

        摘要：roducts of 99mTc-human serum albumin prepared with different methods were compared for their labelling yields, stability and their distribution in mice.Experimental results revealed that the best labelling method involves the following procedure: glucoheptonate was first added as exchange ligand; stannous tartrate was added as reducing agent; 2-iminothiolane was added to modify the protein molecule;and then pertechnetate solution was added to label the protein.

        摘要：To analyze the early and late left ventricular diastolic function in coronary artery disease （CAD）, technetium-99m gated eqallibrium radionuclide ventriculography was performed in 27 patients with CAD, including 8 old myocardial infarction（group GM）, 19 non-myocardial infaietion（group GN）, and 12 control subjects（group GI）. Parameters of diastolic function were obtained from second derivative analysis of time-activity curve. In GM group, indexes of systolic and diastolic function was signilicantly depressed than those of GN and G1 group（P<0.0001）.,

        摘要：This paper deals with the first dose to give 131 I for ablating the remanant thyroid tissue in 39 cases of thyroid cancer. The patients were divided into two groups with and without the extrathyroid uptake. The relationship between the effectiveness and dosage has been discussed. Finally it was determined that in order to get an optimal 131 I doses and to achieve complete ablation, the size of remanant thyroid, the number of metastatic fool etc could affect the final result and should be considered.

        摘要：Lymphocytes were separated from peripheral blood and incubated in Hanks’solution with calcium or buffer solution containing phosphodiesterase inhibitor IBMX. When carbachol at 1-10mmol/L was added to the incubation medium, the intracellular cGMP colltent as determined by high-sensitivity RIA was elevated by 66%- 80%. Such an elevation could be blocked by atropine and hence is a specific reaction mediated through M-receptors. A method based on this reaction was thus established to reflect the reactivity of M-receptor/cGMP system. Preliminary experiment revealed that the base level of lymphocyte cGMP as well as the elevation of cGMP induced by carbachol in aged（24-26 months old） rats were significantly lower than young rats. The methodology, especially the influence of incubation conditions was discussed.

        摘要：patients with a variety of thyroid disorders and 10 patients of non-thyroid-diseases performed routine thyroid foraging 30 min after an intravenous injection of 74-185MBq 99mTc pertechnetate. Thyroid function was estimated with thyroid/background ratio. The results showed that the thyroid uptake ratio had good correlation both with the thyroid uptake rate of 3, 24h 131 I （n= 103） and 30min 99mTc pertechnetate （n=96） （r=0.74- 0.83）. The thyroid uptake ratio in groups of hyperthyroidism, euthyroid and hypothyroidism, were 17.8 ± 1.8, 7.2 ± 0.6 and 3.4 ± 0.9respectively（P<0.01 using the t-test）. Thereby, it could be used for the rapiddiagnosis of thyroid function.

        摘要：Gated mpocardial SPECT imaging was introduced to get the cardiac function parameters（LVEF） and myocardial SPECT imaging simultaneously. Both informations can be obtained in just one study. The new method was proved effective and reliable in 20 clinical cases, and it has good correlation with the ordinary method. The advantages and disadvantages of the different methods used for calculation of LVEF parameter were also discussed.
