摘要

对９９ｍＴｃ－ＨＳＡ用不同方法制备的产品标记率、稳定性及在小鼠体内的分布进行了比较，提示当采用１０ｍｐＨＳＡ、２ｍｌ９９ｍＴｃＯ溶液，ｐＨ６左右时，以２－亚氨基噻吩盐酸盐修饰蛋白，酒石酸亚锡为还原剂，葡庚糖酸钠作交换配基组成的药盒所制备的９９ｍＴｃ－ＨＳＡ具有高而稳定的标记率和好的生物性质．

Abstract

roducts of 99mTc-human serum albumin prepared with different methods were compared for their labelling yields

stability and their distribution in mice.Experimental results revealed that the best labelling method involves the following procedure: glucoheptonate was first added as exchange ligand; stannous tartrate was added as reducing agent; 2-iminothiolane was added to modify the protein molecule;and then pertechnetate solution was added to label the protein.
