摘要

１９７例甲状腺疾病患者和１０例非甲状腺疾病患者接受了甲状腺显像。用甲状腺／本底比值（以下简称比值）评价其功能，其中１０３例和９６例分别与摄碘率、摄锝率进行了比较。结果表明，各种不同本底ＲＯＩ下得到的比值与３、２４ｈ摄碘率均有良好相关（ｒ＝０．７４—０．８３），差别无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），但与甲状腺距１５宽５像素的“Ｗ”形本底ＲＯＩ的回归系数有显著性差别（Ｐ＜０．０１），且与摄锝率良好相关（ｒ＝０．８２，Ｐ＜０．０１）。摄碘正常组（ｎ＝５９）比值平均为７．２±０．６（以下同），增高组（ｎ＝２１）为１７．８±１．８，减退组（ｎ＝２３）为３．４±０．９，对照组（ｎ＝１０）为６．３±１．５，前三者均数的差别有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），正常与对照组无明显差别（Ｐ＞０．０５）。增高组与其它各组几乎无交叉。而摄锝率结果较为偏态，交叉大。若以比值＞１１．０２为异常增高，则甲亢诊断阳性率为９５．７％（２２／２３），与摄碘率检查符合率为９２．２％（９５／１０３）。本文提示用９９ｍＴＣ－过锝酸盐甲状腺／本底比值能快速诊断甲状腺功能亢进。

Abstract

patients with a variety of thyroid disorders and 10 patients of non-thyroid-diseases performed routine thyroid foraging 30 min after an intravenous injection of 74-185MBq 99mTc pertechnetate. Thyroid function was estimated with thyroid/background ratio. The results showed that the thyroid uptake ratio had good correlation both with the thyroid uptake rate of 3

24h 131 I （n= 103） and 30min 99mTc pertechnetate （n=96）（r=0.74- 0.83）. The thyroid uptake ratio in groups of hyperthyroidism

euthyroid and hypothyroidism

were 17.8 ± 1.8

7.2 ± 0.6 and 3.4 ± 0.9respectively（P<0.01 using the t-test）. Thereby

it could be used for the rapiddiagnosis of thyroid function.
