摘要

用稳定核素稀释－质谱分析法对２０例肝硬化病人和３０例正常人血浆α－酮异己酸（ＫＩＣ）含量进行了测定，结果病人和正常人分别为２１．４１±１．６４、４４．０７±１．５１μｍｏｌ／Ｌ（±ＳＥ），团体ｔ检验差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）。对肝硬化时这一变化的意义及可能原因作了简要讨论。

Abstract

lasma α-ketoisocaproate concentrations in 20 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and 30 normal controls were determined by stable isotope dilution-mass spectrometry . It was found that the plasma level of this compound was much lower in patients（21.41±1.64μmol/L） than in normal subjectS （44.07± 1.51 μmol/L）. Group t-test revealed a very significant difference with P<0.001. The significance and probable cause of such a difference is discussed.
