Gated mpocardial SPECT imaging was introduced to get the cardiac function parameters（LVEF） and myocardial SPECT imaging simultaneously. Both informations can be obtained in just one study. The new method was proved effective and reliable in 20 clinical cases

and it has good correlation with the ordinary method. The advantages and disadvantages of the different methods used for calculation of LVEF parameter were also discussed.
