摘要

对２７例冠心病患者作了放射性核素心室造影（平衡法），用时间－活性曲线二阶微导分析法分析了左室收缩期和舒张早晚期的功能变化。结果显示陈旧性心肌梗塞组（ｎ＝８）的各项舒缩功能指标均显著低于非心肌梗塞组（ｎ＝１９）及正常对照组（ｎ＝１２），Ｐ＜０．００１。

Abstract

To analyze the early and late left ventricular diastolic function in coronary artery disease （CAD）

technetium-99m gated eqallibrium radionuclide ventriculography was performed in 27 patients with CAD

including 8 old myocardial infarction（group GM）

19 non-myocardial infaietion（group GN）

and 12 control subjects（group GI）. Parameters of diastolic function were obtained from second derivative analysis of time-activity curve. In GM group

indexes of systolic and diastolic function was signilicantly depressed than those of GN and G1 group（P<0.0001）.
