        摘要：Adrenal medullary imaging with 131 I-MIBG was carried out in 45 patients, among them 20 primary hypertension, 10 pheochromocytoma, 6 adrenal medullary hyperplasia, 3 adrenal carcinoma, 1 adrenal ganglioma and 5 after adrenaoectomy. The results of examination coincided with pathological, surgical and clinical diagnosis. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the imaging were higher than CT, UT and urinary VMA determination. Finally, it was pointed out that non-imaging of heart can be used as an indirect indication for the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.

        摘要：Dynamic renography was performed in 56 cases of hypertensive patients and 29 controls using 99m Tc-DTPA or 99m Tc-EC. It was found that GFR of primary hypertension （PH） decreased significantly, but with no difference in the two kidneys, whereas in renovascular hypertension （RH） the GFR was lower than the PH and control group, also the GFR of diseased kidney was lower than contralateral normal side. ERPF between PH and RH was not significantly different, but both of them were lower than that of the control group. It suggested that ERPF and GFR may be some help for the understanding of renal functional state in hypertensive patients and also for evaluating the magnitude of renal injury.

        摘要：On the basis of the Chinese traditional medicine 3,6-lumbrokinase powder, a natural enzyme, was separated and purified from the special earthworm with modern biochemical technique. In this paper, 3,6-lumbrokinase powder was labelled with tritium and its absorption and distribution in mice were investigated at different times after oral administration.

        摘要：A freeze dried HSA（IG） kit was prepared, using 10￣100μg stannous tartrate as reducing agent, 2—10mg glucoheptonate as exchange ligand, modificated protein by -iminothiolane, yields a stable complex with 99m Tc at pH4￣6. The labelling yield was high, and the biological property for blood pool imaging was good.

        摘要：An immunoradiometric assay （IRMA） for human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG） in serum is established based on two monoclonal antibodies against HCG. There are no cross-reaction with human luteinizing hormone （hLH）, follicle stimulating hormone （hFSH） and thyroid stimulating hormone （hTSH）. The sensitivity was 0.5U/L, and the recovery for different concentration of HCG was 91.65%￣107.62%. The coefficients of variation for intra and inter-assay were less than 5.4% and 6.4% respectively. 125 I-McAb were stable under the storage of 4℃ for 97 days.

        摘要：The method of oxidation of the oligosaccharide on the avidin by NaIO 4 leads to the generation of aldehyde groups which are further reacted with octopamine. The conjugation ratio of 5.76 octopamine per Av is testified by UV spectrum. The isoelectric point （PI） of Av is remarkably reduced by conjugating succinic acid moieties at lysine residues of Av （PI10）. The PI of suc-Av is 2.57. The combining capabilities with biotin of labelled Av derivants are greatly changed

        摘要：This paper reports the establishment of solid-phase two-antibody sandwich immunoradiometric assay （IRMA） for human thyroid stimulating hormone （hTSH）, using the biotin-avidin system （BAS） separation technique. The intraassay CV of the assay is 1.4%—8.3%, the interaassay CV is 6.1%—8.4%, the sensitivity is 0.04mIU/L in serum and the average recovery rate 100.16%. The solid-phase tubes BAS-IRMA has being used to measure 20 serum samples and the results are compared with IRMA. There was a good linear correlation between the results of this method and that of the common IRMA method by statistical analysis. The sensitivity of the former is a little bit better than the common IRMA established under the same condition.

        摘要：The preparation of [ 18 F]-FDG has been reported using nucleophilic reaction of [ 18 F]-fluoride ion with 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-2-O-trifluormethanesulfony-β-D-mannopyranose. [ 18 F]-fluoride was produced by the 18 O（p,n） 18 F reaction on [ 18 O]-H 2O. Factors affecting the production of [ 18 F]-FDG, practical indexes of QC in clinical use and its preliminary clinical application were discussed also.

        摘要：I-BMIPP was prepared by isotopic exchange using Cu（Ⅰ） as catalyst in an ethanal water mixture. The radiochemical purity of 125 I-BMIPP was >95%, and the overall radioactivity yield was >40%. In rat, the myocardum kept about 2% of injection dose and stabilized in 3 h. It indicated that BMIPP is a suitable agent for myocardial fatty acid metabolism imaging.

        摘要：In this paper sustained effect of micronucleus formation in bone marrow cells induced by absorption dose of 134 Cs in skeleton was studied. The results indicated that a fitted equation to describe the retention of 134 Cs in bone marrow cells is obtained as follows: R（t）=0.0029e -0.121t . Where the T 1/2 in skeleton is 5.73d. Experimental results showed that obvious increase of micronucleus formation could be induced by 134 Cs with a threshold dose as 0.93kBq/g. The relations between injected dose（X, kBq/g） and micronucleus formation rates（Y, %） can be expressed by an power function Y=0.246X 0.307 . In accordance with the peculiarity of internal exposure with 134 Cs, sustained effect of micronucleus formation in bone marrow cells may continued to 47 days.

        摘要：Anti-melanoma McAb Ng76 was labelled with 99m Tc by avidin-biotin system. The labelling conditions and methods, and biodistribution of McAb Ng76 in tumor bearing nude mice had been studied. The results showed that the labelling rate was the highest in pH8 and optimal quantity of SnCl 2 ; T/NT and ID%/g of the two-step method B were higher than the two-step method A. Thereby, labelling McAb with 99m Tc by avidin-biotin system could be used in RII.

        摘要：Tumor necrosis factor mutants（TNF-m） was iodolabelled with iodogen and the radiochemical purity and specific radioactivity were examined with radio- paper chromatography and self-displacement analysis, The results showed: the utilization ratio of iodine was 72.76%; the free iodine of the 125 I-TNF-m after purification was 2.12%; the radiochemical puritiy of the 125 I-TNF-m was 93.14%; the specific radioactivity was 1.2TBq/g and the cytotoxicity rate of 125 I-TNF-m was only 4.38% lower than that of TNF-m. It could be concluded that labelling of TNF-m by iodogen results well.

        摘要：Thyroid cold nodules in 56 patients found in 99m TcO 4 - imaging （37 in malignant, 19 in benign as proved by pathology）, were performed 99m Tc-MIBI imaging. The results showed that all of 22 cases （22/56） were rich in blood flow, among them 20 cases （20/37） in malignant group, and 2 cases （2/19） in benign group. There were very significant difference （P<0.001） between T/NT in 99m Tc-MIBI and 99m TcO 4 - imaging in papilary, folicular, medullary and anaplastic cancers of malignant group, and significant difference （P<0.05） in adenomas of benign group. The positive rate, accuracy and sensitivity of 99m Tc-MIBI imaging was 75.8%, 78.6% and 84.2% respectively. Thereby, it may have some help for the differentiation of the property of thyroid cold nodule in clinical practice.

        摘要：Primaty lung cancer was studied by 99m Tc（Ⅴ）-DMSA and 99m Tc-MIBI imaging in 30 cases. The results showed that the sensitivity of 99m Tc（Ⅴ）-DMSA and 99m Tc-MIBI was 90% and 76.7% respectively, the positive rate of combined imaging was 96.7%. Also the uptake ratio of squamous-cell carcinoma was higher than other types of primary lung cancer in both 99m Tc（Ⅴ）-DMSA and 99m Tc-MIBI.
