摘要

采用Ａｖｉｄｉｎ－Ｂｉｏｔｉｎ系统进行了抗人黑色素瘤单抗Ｎｇ７６的９９ｍＴｃ标记，研究了标记条件、方法和标记抗体在荷瘤裸鼠活体内的生物学分布。结果表明，ｐＨ＝８和ＳｎＣｌ２适量时标记效果最好；两步法Ｂ的Ｔ／ＮＴ和ＩＤ％／ｇ值均明显优于两步法Ａ。经Ａｖｉｄｉｎ－Ｂｉｏｔｉｎ系统９９ｍＴｃ标记单抗可用于放射免疫显像。

Abstract

Anti-melanoma McAb Ng76 was labelled with 99m Tc by avidin-biotin system. The labelling conditions and methods

and biodistribution of McAb Ng76 in tumor bearing nude mice had been studied. The results showed that the labelling rate was the highest in pH8 and optimal quantity of SnCl 2 ; T/NT and ID%/g of the two-step method B were higher than the two-step method A. Thereby

labelling McAb with 99m Tc by avidin-biotin system could be used in RII.
