发布时间：2021-04-20 - 摘要：SIMNI materials were produced by a N+ implantation（170keVt 1.8 × 1013/cm2）, high temperature annealing and vapor phase epitaxial growth process. MOS devices were fabricated on SIMNI and Ar+ laser recrystallized SOI materials respectively. The electrical properties and the radiation characteristics of these devices after 60Co γ-ray irradiation were compared.

发布时间：2021-04-20 - 摘要：The mobile ion area density of MOS capacitors, before and after irradiation with different doses and bias, has been examined using the triangular voltage sweep technique. It is found that after irradiation the mobile ion area density is reduced for MOS capacitors oxidized both with dry oxygen and TCE and with dry oxygen only. The reductions of the density are compared among the samples under irradiation but with positive, negative and zero bias respectively. At zero bias the density steadily decreases with the increasing irradiation dose, but at positive bias it is nearly invariable when dose is increased to over 1 × 103Gy（Si）. Small increment of the density is found when increasing the times of TVS measurement at high temperature. The experimental results are qualitatively explained.

发布时间：2021-04-20 - 摘要：Autopsy samples of hair, liver, lung and kidney-cortex from 11 normal Chinese subJects were collected and analysed for Cu, Br, Cl, Mn>Mg,Na, S, Ca, Cr, Fe,Co,Rb and Zn by instrumental neutron activation analysis. The analytical results obtained in this work were compared with those listed in the literatures, of other countries. The technique had been checked, for all the above-mentioned elements by the standard reference materials of horse kidney, human hair and tomato leaves. The results were in good agreement with the certified values. The detection limits in this work were calculated according to the criteria of Currie.

发布时间：2021-04-20 - 摘要：The "Fildes Peninsula group" tertiary volcanic rocks analysed were outcropped near the Chinese Great Wall Antarctic Station. The trace element compositions of the rocks were determined by instrumental neutron activation analysis. The basalts from Fildes Peninsula are characterized by their lower contents of Ti,Zr, Ni,Co and Cr and higher of Cs,Sr, Rb, Ba, Th and Ta in comparison with N-type mid-ocean ridge basalts （N-MORB）. They have extremely similar REE distribution patterns of rich LREE and no Eu anomalies.（La/Yb）CN ratios vary from 2.42 to 4.57. All these characteristics show that the basalts from Fildes Peninsula can be considered as the products of island arc volcanism.

发布时间：2021-04-20 - 摘要：The chemical procedure of preparing BeO used in AMS is reported. With EDTA as shielding reagents, different ions are precipitated at different pH values to purify Be which is then converted to BeO at high temperature. A set of BeO samples including Jilin meteorite, ocean sediment, Mn-ncdule and blank have been prepared for use. For the blank the ratio 10Be/9Be is measured to be 1.1×10-15, a bit higher than that of Zurich ETH and Pennsylvania, and lower than that of other laboratories. The results show that the interference of 10B in our samples is negligible and the chemical processes of making BeO samples are therefore successful.

发布时间：2021-04-20 - 摘要：Rare-earth element targets of Gd, Eu and Nd were bombarded by protons with energies between 0.4 and 2.75MeV. The L-subshell X-ray production cross-sections were measured, and the ionization cross-sections of 2S1/2, 2P1/2 and 2P3/2 subshells were obtained. Experimental ionization cross-sections and their ratios were compared with the prediction of ECPSSR theory.

发布时间：2021-04-20 - 摘要：Properties of BaF2 crystals coated with or without P-terphenyl （a wavelength shifter） were studied. When crystals were mounted on the RCA 8850 PMTs, the use of the snifter resulted in a better energy resolution, but for EMI 9818 QKB PMTs, a worse result was obtained. The reason for these results was discussed. Time resolution measured for 60Co γ rays was 502 ps when two φ20×10 BaF2 crystals coated with 1.6 mg/cm2 P-terphenyl were coupled to RCA 8850 PMTs.

The TL detector has a dimension φ125μm×1cm and a weight about 0.34mg, with μen/ρ （60Co） = 0. 0266 cm2/g> Ze= 11.82, response range 10-1-104Gy and precision ±5 %.

发布时间：2021-04-20 - 摘要：Sb, Ag, Cu, Pd and Ni films deposited on Si substrates were irradiated with 6 MeV F ions. The Scotch tape test was employed to measure adhesion changes as a function of dose. It was found that the threshold dose might be associated with the elasticity modulus of metallic film. For a film having a larger value of elasticity modulus, the threshold dose is higher. This phenomenon is qualitatively explained in terms of the stress changes in the film before and after irradiation.

发布时间：2021-04-20 - 摘要：Using spectrophotometric method, microgram thorium in 30% TBP-kerosene system containing large amount of uranium was successfully determined after one-step back-extraction with hydrochloric acid. The recovery of thorium is more than 98%, and the separation factor aU/Tb is over 1 × 103. Being reliable, simple and fast, the recommended method has been used in the research on spent fuel reprocessing and is expected applicable to other neutral phosphate extraction systems such as TOPO and DMHMP.

发布时间：2021-04-20 - 摘要：Half-life values for total mancozeb residues on tomato leaves and soil were measured to be 9.5 and 7.6 days respectively. Leaching of residual mancozeb in soil was observed. Mancozeb deposition on the fruit skin, and in particular the water-soluble metabolites like ETU（ethylene thiourea） transferred throughout the plants would be the main sources of contamination of tomato fruits. The fruit skin contained higher levels of residue than the pulp, and by washing with water more than 50% of the residue could be removed. It was also found that 20-30% of the residual mancozeb degraded to ETU during cooking process.
