        摘要：X-ray small angle scattering experiment was conducted on a synchrotron radiation facility to study tem-perature-dependence features of polar-nano-regions(PNRs) among 0.72Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3) O3-0.28PbTiO3 relaxor-based ferroelectrics in a spontaneous state. PNRs have stable axially-aligned quasi-periodic correlation structure from Tm to temperature of 100K above Tm,this correlation structure disappears completely at temperature of 300K above Tm. Combined with the previous experimental results,the diagonally-aligned periodic correlation structure at temperature range of ±20K near Tm is considered as origin of high performance for this material.

        摘要：High-energy electron beams of a linac activate the matter around it. The induced radioactivity is of pri-mary concern of personal occupational exposure to the operators who work at a well-shielded high-energy accelerator. This paper introduces the kind of main radioactive nuclides produced by dust via photonuclear reaction experiment. More than 36 kinds of the activation products can be generated from the dust.

        摘要：We report a method of improving the solid-liquid surface heat transfer coefficient to enhance the heat transfer ability of the synchrotron radiation beamline crystal monochromator. Spring has been inserted the circular cooling channel,the experimental results shows:The heat transfer ability of channel with spring is better than that of the smooth channel,in the same thermal load or cooling conditions.

        摘要：The pulsed wire method(PWM) is theoretically analyzed for developing a PWM system to measure the first and second integral field distribution of undulator. Effects of the sensor,the environment,tension of the wire and wave reflection are described in detail. An undulator model was measured by the pulsed wire system with minimum error caused by the effects. The results are compared with Hall probe method.

        摘要：A 63Ni source-based high resolution ion mobility spectrometer(IMS) was developed and applied to drug detection. The drugs included opium,morphine,heroin,methamphetamine,MDMA,MDEA,ketamine and cannabis. Their ion mobility spectra were acquired,ion types were derived and reduced mobilities were calculated,which are in good agreement with the data reported in literatures. The results indicate that the IMS can detect effectively a variety of drugs,especially for the amphetamine derivatives. And the reduced mobility standard database of drugs was established.

        摘要：This paper reports regulation of hypoxia inducible factor-1 α( HIF-1 α ) in hepatoma cells by irradiation. Cobalt chloride(CoCl2) ,a chemical mimic agent for hypoxia research,was utilized to induce the stable expression of HIF-1 α in HepG2 cells. The HepG2 cells were irradiated to different doses to observe the changes of HIF-1 α . The level of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS) was assayed by fluorescent microscope and flow cytometry(FCM) . The results showed that there were obvious changes in expression of HIF-1 α after HepG2 cells exposed to radiation,and the changes were positively related with the irradiation dose from 1Gy to 5Gy. Moreover,contents of incellular ROS were negatively correlated with above levels of HIF-1 α from 1Gy to 3Gy. The results indicate that irradiation may enhance hypoxic cells HIF-1 α,and the reduction of intracellular ROS can contribute to the regulation of ionizing radiation on HIF-1 α .

        摘要：37Ar detection efficiency for large volume gas proportional counter by using the spectrum analysis method was studied. The paper focused on factors affecting mostly efficiency of the counter,i.e. threshold correction,end-effect and wall-effect. The results show that the threshold correction coefficient is relative to method of peak calculation for 37Ar and wall-effect coefficient is less than 1% and can be ignored when counter’s pressure is larger than 200kPa. At last the formula of efficiency for counter is given.

        摘要：In this paper,separation of hydrogen-deuterium mixtures were performed on a cryogenic distillation ap-paratus. The results show that the D/H ratio in the reboiler reduced to 1.27×10-2 at 120h with a flow flux of 5mol/h of the gas mixture in D/H ratio of 1.4×10-4. The enrichment effect increased apparently with D/H ratio of the feeding gas. However,the deuterium content in the top of distillation column increased with the deuterium content in the reboiler,and the de-deuterium efficiencies decreased. In the full reflux experiment,the de-deuterium efficiency increased with heating power of the reboiler,and the inside pressure in the distillation column increased,too. It was necessary that suitable heating power should be chosen in order to control operation pressure in the cryogenic distillation process.

        摘要：The major point that limited the use of bubble detector in practice was their large temperature dependence. After the same irradiation of neutron in different ambient temperature,the temperature response of bubble detector was shown. A progressive rise of sensitivity with temperature was found,after the limited lifetime of the temperature compensation. The measurements should be corrected by a factor of 5%/°C over the 15―37°C range. And the measurements could be references under 15°C.

        摘要：A relational ENSDF library software is designed and released. Using relational databases,object-oriented programming and web-based technology,this software offers online data services of a centralized repository of data,including international ENSDF files for nuclear structure and decay data. The software can easily reconstruct nuclear data in original ENSDF format from the relational database. The computer programs providing support for database management and online data services via the Internet are based on the Linux implementation of PHP and the MySQL software,and platform independent in a wider sense.

        摘要：Shanghai Mini-Cyclotron based Accelerator Mass Spectrometer(SMCAMS) was especially designed for analyzing 14C. In order to accelerate and analyze 26Al the accelerated orbit and beam optics in injection system were calculated and harmonic number and acceleration turns was optimized. Preliminary experiment was carried out. In which a beam current of 1.15×10-9A for 27Al-and 0.038 CPS background for 26Al were measured. The limited sensitivity of 26Al/27Al is 5.25×10-12.

        摘要：The work is aimed at finding an effective way to acquire radiolabeled antibody with excellent in vivo stability. N–Succinimidyl 3–iodo[125I]benzoate(S125IB) was obtained from radioiodination of N–Succinimidyl 3–(tri-n-butylstannyl) benzoate(ATE) . and S125IB was conjugated to Hepama–1. The radioiodination condition was optimized and the stability and biological activity in vitro of 125IBA-Hepama–1 was evaluated. Animal biodistribution studies were carried out. The labeling ratio of radioiodination of ATE using N-chlorosuccinimide(NCS) was more than 98%,and the conjugation efficiency of S125IB and Hepama–1 was up to 90%,with good stability and biological activity. The localization of radioactivity observed in thyroids of mice decreased obviously. The results show that indirect radiolabeling procedure with ATE is an excellent and efficient way for radiohalogenation of Hepama-1 and other proteins or peptides.

        摘要：The paper is to analyze the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT,which is combined with alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) ,in detecting primary hepatic carcinoma(PLC) and monitoring its recurrence. 18F-FDG PET/CT images of 63 patients(72 studies) with PLC confirmed by histology or clinic were retrospectively analyzed. According to serum AFP,they were divided into positive and negative group. By the results of histology and follow-up,the diagnostic values were calculated respectively. The sensitivity and positive predictive value of PET/CT was 73.24% and 98.11%,vs AFP 73.24% and 100.00% respectively,in detection and monitoring recurrence of PLC. In AFP positive group,sensitivity and positive predictive value for PET were higher than they were in AFP negative group,(80.77% and 100.00% vs 52.63% and 90.91%,respectively) . In addition,98 metastasis were discovered in 59 cases of the 63 patients. It is con-cluded that 18F-FDG PET/CT is a outstanding aid to AFP in detection PLC and in monitoring recurrence of HCC,es-pecially in cases with abnormal serum AFP levels,and.PET/CT is a more powerful method in detecting metastasis of PLC than PET or CT. And in tumor staging and predict prognosis,PET/CT appears to be a very useful method.

        摘要：A direct ion storage(DIS) detector integrates MOS field effect transistor with cavity ionization chamber and is used for monitoring personnel dose. As part of our efforts to develop DIS detector,we report in this paper a tissue-equivalent cavity ionization chamber,including the wall material,gas composition,shape and size of cavity,wall thickness and insulated material. Using 60Co γ -rays and 70～180 keV X-rays,the test results show that saturation characteristics of the cavity ionization chamber meet the requirement of DIS detector.

        摘要：The paper describes design of a 110MW pulse modulator controller for a 100 MeV Linac,The controller adopts PLC to accomplish real-time monitoring of modulator interlock signals and circuit status signals,flow controlling of thyratron preheating system and klystron preheat system. It provides control of H.V.CCPS and communication between the controller and control room of the accelerator. Long-term running of modulator shows that controller can work reliably and stably.

        摘要：A high performance,digital slip pulse generator of based on field programmable gate array(FPGA) and micro controller unit(MCU) is introduced in this paper,and the design idea and implementation technology of hardware and software are illustrated. Tests of the pulse generator on MCAs show that the goal of high-precision and high-stabilities to meet requirements of various applications has been realized.

        摘要：An experimental device of plasma generator for pulverized coal ignition is described in this paper. Consisting of a pair of parallel strip anodes and cylindrical cathode,the plasma igniter is installed in the transportation channel of coal powder. Using a high speed CCD camera and measuring the arc electrical parameters,the arc shape and movement patterns of the arc root were studied. The tests show that:(1) the anode arc root irregularly jumps quickly along axial direction of the electrodes and between the two electrodes,being advantageous for reducing anodes erosion;(2) the arc changes rapidly in irregular distorted shapes between the two anodes,spreading the entire arc chamber,and coal powders are ignited on meeting the high temperature region of arc discharge,with improved efficiency of the plasma ignition.

        摘要：Nanoparticle PCR(NP-PCR) is a new method to optimize PCR amplification. Suitable amount of Au nanoparticles can improve specificity,sensitivity and extension rate of PCR. In this paper,we compare efficiency of purifying NP-PCR products with different methods. In addition,topographies of DNA products in NP-PCR were observed with atomic force microscope(AFM) . The results show that most of DNA products purified directly by routing method remain almost free due to less effect of nanoparticales. The yields decrease when the AuNPs were removed by high-speed centrifugation. A little amount of DNA subsided with AuNPs.
