        摘要：Ionizing radiation responses of breakdown voltage are studied for the high voltage offset- gated P- channel MOSFETs. It is shown that the variation of breakdown voltage after irradiation results from the charges induced by irradiation near the field SiO2/ Si interface. The ionizing radiation hardening methods for this kind of devices are proposed. The annealing effects on breakdown voltage are also investigated.

        摘要：Europium gadolinium ferrites Eu1-xGdxFeO3 （x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8） are synthesized. The results of X- ray diffraction show that all the compounds possess a perovskite structure. Both the 151Eu and 57Fe Mossbauer spectra are measured. Those for 151Eu are considered to be the pure quadrupole spectra. Both ismer shift and quadrupole splitting of the 151Eu spectra vary with x. The hyperfine field of the 57Fe Mossbauer spectrum depends on the unit- cell volume. The 57Fe spectra of the samples synthesized by the high- pressure and high- temperature method show a partial paramagnetic structure.

        摘要：Amorphous ribbons of （Fe1-xYx）84B16 with 0≤x≤0.21 were studied using Mossbauer and magnetic measurements. The results proved a short- range order interaction in the prepared samples and nonhomogeneous regions induced by yttrium presence.

        摘要：Successful grafting of SAMPO program for analysis of γ - spectra, establishment of an up- to- data catalog of γ - rays from radioactive decays, modification of TAU program for resolving decay curves with PLOT 10 graphic software and improved transmission of data from program to program were performed.         摘要：Perovskite- type nanocrystalline materials LaFeO3 with different crystal sizes were synthesized. These samples with different compacting pressure were investigated by Mossbauer spectroscopy at room temperature. The results showed that the 70nm LaFeO3 crystals possessed an antiferromagnetic structure, and those of 12.4nm was a superposition of a weaker antiferromag- netic structure and a stronger superparamagnetic structure. The ratio of interface to crystal atoms and the hyperfine field in nanocrystals varied with compacting pressure. The results of rotating anode X- ray diffraction showed that the phenomena such as smashing, contact zone formation and dislocation occurred for the samples under a compacting pressure of 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 GPa respectively.

        摘要：A backscattering Mbssbauer spectrometer is presented. This system consists of a multi- wire proportional chamber and a multi- channel data acquisition and processing system which includes a multi- channel preamplifier, a digital single- channel analyser, a multi- data acquisition unit, a control microcomputer and a T.V. display. This spectrometer has the advantages of high geometrical efficiency, in- situ data collecting and processing, and simultaneous acquisition of informations from several different depths or directions.

        摘要：Preparation of [2’,6’- 3H] nitrofen and [2’,6’- 3H] chloronitrofen were described. [3,5- 3H] chlorobenzene （Ⅱ） was prepared by catalytic halogen- tritium exchange reaction from m- bromo- chlorobenzene （Ⅰ）. Then （Ⅱ） was nitrated with a mixtrue of HNO3 and H2SO4 to give [3,5- 3H] P- chloronitrobenzene （Ⅲ）. Finally （Ⅲ） was condensed with 2,4- dichlorophenol or 2,4,6- trichlorophenol to form [2’,6’- 3H] nitrofen（Ⅳ） and [2’,6’- 3H] chloronitrofen （Ⅴ）. The specific activity of tritiated nitrofen and chloronitrofen was 1.16 and 1.89 TBq/mol respectively, both radiochemical purities were over 95%.

        摘要：A comprehensive study has been performed on the phase compositions, element distributions and binding states of the N + B ion implanted layer by means of X- ray diffraction（XRD）, Auger electron spectroscopy（AES） and X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS）. It was shown that the ion implanted layer was composed of a - Fe, Fe3C, both being original phases of the substrate, and hexagonal BN and ε- Fe2N- Fe3N phases formed during the N + B ion implantation process. On the surface of the implanted layer there was a layer of carbon film with a graphite- like structure.

        摘要：The neutron activation analysis was adopted to determine elements in amphibolites and leptynites in Lengshuiqing of Yanbian County, Sichuan Province and by combining with geochemical method, nature of the two metamorphic rocks was inferred. It was shown that the amphibolite was transformed from oceanic tholeiitic basalts and the leptynite was converted from acidic sedimentary rocks.

        摘要：Between total tritium and tissue free water tritium rice samples there is a very definite relationship. The linear regression equation is found to be TT= 1.0671+ 1.3605 TFWT. Application of the equation provides a simple method to measure total tritium of rice samples.
