        摘要：Dipyridamole （DP） 201T1 myocardial perfusion imaging was performed in 103 patients with myocardial infarction. The SPECT 201T1 scans of 55 patients were analysed. 34 cases of them also underwent a coronary angiography. The results showed that the scintigram had a sensitivity of 93% for the detection of myocardial infarction. The size of the perfu-sion defect accurately reflected the extent of the infarcted and/or jeopardized myocardium and is hence of prognostic value.

        摘要：The uptake and release of 99mTc-CPI were studied in cultured monolayer neonatal rat myocardial cells incubated under normal condition （37℃, pH 7.4）. The plateau level of uptake （4291.6 cpm/mg cell protein） was reached at 41.1 min when incubated with 37 kBq 99mTc-CPI. The 99mTc-CPI release was composed of at least two components. The fast component had a half-time （t1/2） of 3.3min and the slow one had a t1/2 of 198.0 min. It was suggested by the authors that the uptake of 99mTc-CPI by cultured myocardial cells might be related to passive difussion.

        摘要：Four 99mTc-ECD derivatives with different alkyl ester were prepared from corresponding precursors by ligand exchange reactions. The pharmacological properties of these complexes were studied and compared. There are positive correlations between the protein-binding rate and the lipophilicity of the complexes. Biodistribution studies in rats demonstrated that complexes with high lipophilicity also have high concentration and low clearance. The brain uptake in rats 10 seconds after injection was 0.45,0.59, 0.96 and 0.68 （%I. D/g） for 99mTc-MCD, ECD, PCD and BCD respectively. Whole body imaging studies in mon-keys showed that the activity of brain was 1.3, 3.1, 3.2 and 2.2% for each complex 1.5h after injection. The activity was the highest in liver and most of the activity was excreted Via kidney.

        摘要：Myocardial imaging with 99mTc-MIBI were performed in 56 cases with myocardial infarctioa and 38 cases without infarction. The result showed that the sensitivity, specificity and ac-ouracy were 92.86%, 100% and 95.74% respectively. In comparison with the findings of ECG, the size and location of infarcted areas shown by γ-camera are more accurate, can be directly perceived and can give a whole picture sense of entirety. The features of dilation myocardiopathy are obvious dilation of heart and generalized thinning of the myocardial wall, but without localized defect of perfusion.

        摘要：The methodology of radioisotope induced X-ray fluorescence analysis （XRF） of thyroid iodine was studied. According to the basic principle, a combined system with an excitingt source and a counting device was designed. Experiments on the method for measuremen-and experimental arrangement were carried out. The reliability, sensitivity as well as expo-sure-dose were discussed. XRF examination was performed in 12 cases with normal thy roid. The results showed that thyroid iodine can be determined directly with this way.

        摘要：Bone scanning was performed on 102 patients with malignancy. Positive results were obtained in 59.8% of the patients among which the metastatic rates for sternum, vertebrae, pelvis and extremity bones were 27.9%, 21.3%, 37.7% and 31.1% respectively. A compar tive study of 76 patients revealed that the positive rates obtained with bone scanning was higher than common X-ray examination （80.3% and 68.4% respectively）. Thus, bone Scanning is a sensitive method for detecting bone metastases.

        摘要：The effect of potassium quercetin phosphate （PQP） on the nutritional blood flow of mouse heart was evaluated with the radioactive tracer 99mTc-hexakis-2-methoxyisobutyl isonitrile （MIBI）. The result showed that the uptake of 99mTc-MIBI by mouse heart （per gram） in the PQP-treated group （ip 200 mg/kg） was increased by 55.36% as compared with control group. This suggests that PQP can increase the nutritional blood flow of mouse heart. 99mTc-MIBI may take the place of 86Rb in evaluating nutritional blood flow of myocardium in animals and men.

        摘要：After a single intravenous injection of [1-14C]-hexanoyl aldehyde sodium bisulfite （HASB）, the blood radioactivity time course curve fitted well a two-compartment open model. The radioactivity distributed widely in the body, with the concentrations in liver and kidneys markedly higher than in blood and other tissues. Except in kidneys and liver, the radioactivities in tissues decreased to quite low levels 4h after administration. The ra dioactivity in tumors were relatively low. Thin layer chromatographic （TLC） analyses indi-cated that most of radioactivity in serum was in the form of unchanged 14C-HASB and the drug was metabolized rapidly after passing into some tissue cells in vivo. The major routes of elimination were found to be via expiration with 26.76% of the 14C recovered as carbon dioxide in 3h and via urine with 14.6% of the 14C recovered in 24h mainly in the form of metabolites.

        摘要：Cultured Ehrlich ascites cells were treated with ionic 211At in vitro and observed with transmission electron microscopy. It was found that the endomembrane system of the cells was injured seriously. The injury severity was increased with increase of 211At （ionic） dose. Radiation sensitive sites in the cell were nuclei and mitochondria.

        摘要：The effect of tracer doses of 125IUdR on the biological properties of tumor cells was studied.Experimental results demonstrated that the micronucleus rates of B16 melanoma cells increased significantly when the dose of 125IUdR was 0.1934 dpm/cell-DNA. The doubling time of cells obviously increased and the regression coefficient of in vitro cell growth curve decreased significantly at 1.3323 dpm/cell-DNA. Lung metastatic colonies of B16 melanoma decreased significantly when the dose of 125IUdR was 1.1795 dpm/cell-DNA. The subcutaneous growth of tumor cells have been inhibited obviously when the dose was 0.1934 or 0.3079 dpm/cell-DNA. Therefore, the dose of 125IUdR in tracer experiments should be carefully controlled, preferably below 0.2 dpm/cell-DNA.

        摘要：The use of autoradiography to measure the unscheduled DNA synthesis （UDS） induced by 254 nm UV in lymphocytes from human blood and mouse mesenteric lymphadens wasdescribed. The results showed that the average grain count of mouse cell increased as theUV dose increased in the range of 5 to 40J/m2. The UDS induced by UV in mouse me-senteric lymphaden cells could be inhibited by gamma ray irradiation in vivo. Our data also suggested that the UDS was very similar in the blood lymphocytes from normal-individuals and from patients suffering from acute lymphocytic leukemia.

        摘要：By the use of autoradiographic technique, the incorporation of 35S-methionine in tissue protein has been utilized as an index of tissue protein synthesis. It was found that 35S-methionine incorporates rapidly in immature cells of bone marrow, liver, kidney and spleen. In spite of their important physiological functions, heart, lung and skeletal muscle have their proteins synthesized at low speed.

        摘要：Red blood cells （RBC） of 7 patients with primary liver cancer were investigated with Mossbauer spectroscopy. Control measurements were carried out on RBC from 3 normal adults. The Mossbauer spectra of normal RBC are composed of two subspectra corresponding to deoxy-Hb and oxy-Hb. However, the subspectrum component of ferrous high-spin （S = 2） state for 2 patients was much less than that of normal ones. There was no indication for this contribution in the spectra of other 5 patients. No ferritin or haemosiderin iron was detected in the samples from patients.
