Phase analysis of biventricular radionuclide gated studies were carried out in 20 patients with right bundle branch block (RBBB) and in 5 left bundle branch block (LBBB)
all without significant abnormalities of hemodynamic or ventricular wall motion. The results of this study indicated that the MRV
the △M(LV-RV)and the △Latest in 20 RBBB patients are significantly different from those of the normal patients. Likely
the MLV
the △M (LV-RV) and the △Latest in 5 LBBB patients are also different from those of the normal patients. The ventricular phase with BBB is obviously delayed
they are correlated very well with the EKG(100%). This report fully indicated that the phase analysis on Bundle Branch Block (BBB) is superior to the ordinary EKG and it is possible to study further on electrophysiology.
