摘要

用穆斯堡尔谱学研究了7例原发性肝癌病人的红细胞

并与3例正常红细胞数据进行对照。在肝癌病人红细胞的穆斯堡尔谱上

5例不见高自旋Fe

组分

2例高自旋Fe

组分减少。没有发现由贮铁蛋白或含铁血黄素导致的附加亚谱线的存在。

Abstract

Red blood cells （RBC） of 7 patients with primary liver cancer were investigated with Mossbauer spectroscopy. Control measurements were carried out on RBC from 3 normal adults. The Mossbauer spectra of normal RBC are composed of two subspectra corresponding to deoxy-Hb and oxy-Hb. However

the subspectrum component of ferrous high-spin （S = 2） state for 2 patients was much less than that of normal ones. There was no indication for this contribution in the spectra of other 5 patients. No ferritin or haemosiderin iron was detected in the samples from patients.
