本文研究了在正常条件下（37℃

pH7.4）培养乳鼠心肌细胞中

Tc-CPI的浓聚和清除。在与37kBq

Tc-CPI孵育41.1min时心肌细胞的浓聚达坪值（4291.6cpm/mg cell protein）。其清除分为两个部分:快相半排时间为3.3min;慢相半排时间为198.0min。说明

99m

Tc-CPI在心肌细胞中的浓聚与被动扩散有关。

Abstract

The uptake and release of 99mTc-CPI were studied in cultured monolayer neonatal rat myocardial cells incubated under normal condition （37℃

pH 7.4）. The plateau level of uptake （4291.6 cpm/mg cell protein） was reached at 41.1 min when incubated with 37 kBq 99mTc-CPI. The 99mTc-CPI release was composed of at least two components. The fast component had a half-time （t1/2） of 3.3min and the slow one had a t1/2 of 198.0 min. It was suggested by the authors that the uptake of 99mTc-CPI by cultured myocardial cells might be related to passive difussion.
