摘要

通过采用201TlCl对99mTcO4甲状腺显像的“冷结节”进行再显像，观察201TlCl显像对甲状腺滤泡型腺瘤临床应用的意义．在30例进行201TlCl显像患者中，仅选择其中19例经手术病理证实为甲状腺滤泡型腺瘤的患者作分析，其201TlCl显像结果为（－）6例，（＋）10例，（＋＋）3例，总阳性例数为13／19例。甲状腺滤泡型腺瘤虽为良性，但有浓聚201TlCl能力，此等病例应长期随访，观察甲状腺癌发生的情况。

Abstract

201TlCl scintigraphy in 19 cases of thyroid follicular nodules after 99mTcscintigraphy visualised a thyroid cold nodules. The results showed that 201TlCl uptakein cold nodules of 6 cases still remained deficient. 201TlCl uptake of 10 nodules wasthe same as normal throid tissue

whereas that of 3 nodules higher than normalthyroid tissue. The overall positivity was 13/19.
