摘要

使用扫描质子微探针技术测定了由国际原子能机构提供的两种不同颗粒度的城市飞灰参考物质。得到了在样品压片的１００μｍ×２００μｍ微小区域内的微量元素分布均匀性水平，介绍了实验技术，并对分析结果进行了讨论。

Abstract

In order to develope new reference materials for microanalytical nuclear techniques

a scanning proton microprobe（SPM） was used to determine homogeneity level within 100μm×200μm micro-areas of the IAEA Urban Dust Reference Materials. The experimental methods are described and the results discussed.
