摘要

介绍了从人体癌组织中提取、纯化肿瘤标志物──癌钙蛋白（简称ｏｎｃｏＭ），并采用联结法碘化标记了高比活性的１２５Ｉ－ｏｎｃｏＭ，其比活度为０．２０—０．３４ＴＢｑ／ｇ，放化纯度达９６％。放射免疫测定表明，当抗血清稀释度为１：４０００时，１２５Ｉ－ｏｎｃｏＭ与特异性抗体结合率达４０％，与非标记抗原能竞争结合抗体，获得良好的竞争抑制曲线。

Abstract

Oncomodulin （oncoM）──a mark of tumor was purified from human tumor tissues

and was labelled with high specific radioactivity by conjugating to an 125I-iodinisated acylating agent.The specific activity of 125I-oncoM was 0.20-0.34MBq/μg and its radiochemical purity was 96%. Radioimmunoassay showed that the 125I-oncoM was able to combine with oncoM antibody specifically. The binding rate was 40% at antiserum dilution of 1:4000.Competitive inhibition curve was obtained in the presence of unlabelled oncoM.
