摘要

介绍一种新的放射免疫分析数据处理系统．该系统以世界卫生组织（ＷＨＯ）推荐的最新数学模型四参数ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ方程和四参数单位点质量作用模型以及五参数ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ方程为依据，首次提出了将最优化算法的直接搜索法和传统的非线性回归相结合的新的拟合方法，成功地实现了五参数ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ模型的高精度自动拟合，该系统还具有完善的质量控制和数据管理功能．

Abstract

A new data processing system used in radioimmunoassay is reported. Based on the latest mathematical model recommended by WHO

the system includes 4- and 5-parametey logistic models and 4-parameter single binding site mass action model.A new approach tO the curve fitting of RIA has been developed based on the combination of the direct searching in the optimization method and the traditional non-linear regression. The system also possesses perfect quality controling and database function .
