摘要

用启发式图像边缘检测的方法对图像做了实验，并与经典边缘检测方法进行了比较。结果表明，此方法比经典法在检测质量上有较大的改善，能准确有效地将图像目标的边缘从背景中提取出来．

Abstract

Some typical image edge detection methods are reviewed. Then a heuristic image edge detection algorithm is presented and an experiment upon two images is carried out. Compared with the previous methods

this new technique demonstrates a better quality

especially the ability of extracting the object image edge from the background.
