Fifty-one cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） were studied with 99mTc-MAA pulmonary perfusion and 99mTc-DTPA ventilation imaging. The results showed both studies have good matcH and .their positive rate was 96.0%（49/51）.It was much higher than X-ray chescfilm （56.8%）and better than pulmonary localization function study（843%）. A)lo fo was proved that they can increase early detecting rate of COPD and provide ac strong evidence for early diagnosis
