摘要

用Ｐｒｅｔｉｎｎｉｎｇ法进行９９ｍＴｃ标记抗人铁蛋白单抗Ａ－ｈＦ－Ｃ及其Ｆ（ａｈ’）。，标记率达９０％以上，抗体活性保持良好。标记抗体在荷人肝癌裸鼠活体内分布表明，完整抗体的放射活性分布主要在肾、肝脏和血液；片段则主要在肾、肝和脾脏。抗体较好地依聚于ＨｅＰＧ。肿瘤，定位指数ＬＩ大于ｚ．５。用改良Ｉｏｄｏｇｅｎ法进行”‘Ｉ标记，完整抗体以血液中放射活性最高，片段则以肾脏最高。标记抗体定位于ＨｅｐＧ。肿瘤；ＬＩ达３．５。

Abstract

This study reported that anti-ferritin McAb A-hF-C and its F（ab′）2 were lablelled with 99mTc by Pretinning′s method. Labelling rate was over 90%.McAb′s immunoactivity well preserved. Intact McAb was mainly distributed at kidney

liver and blood

while F（ab′）2 to kidney

liver and spleen. McAb well accumulated in HepG2 tumor

LI was over 2.5.The A-hF-C was labelled with 125I by Iodogen′s method.Intact McAb had the highest radioactivity in blood

F（ab′）2 in kidney.The labelled McAb localized at HepG2 tumor

LI reached to 3.5.
