摘要

用同步辐射微束Ｘ射线荧光技术对顺铂处理后的小鼠肝切片中元素的分布进行了测定。结果表明，在顺铂处理后的小鼠肝切片的荧光谱中有明显的Ｐｔ峰，并可获得Ｐｔ的位置分布，在用于对照的样品中则未能测到．在顺铂处理的样品中的不同扫描点上，铁、锌和铜都与铂有强的正相关。元素Ｐ对Ｓ也有强的正相关。通过聚类分析表明，Ｐ和Ｓ为一类，而Ｐｔ、Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ和Ｆｅ为另一大类。作为对照，用复旦大学质子扫描显微镜测量同一个样品，讨论了两种探针对分析生物样品的可能性及局限性。

Abstract

The distribution of some trace elements in the liver slices of mice were determined by Micro-SPXRF and SPM.In this paper presented are the correlations of the measured trace elements （P

Zn and Pt）at different points

and the hierarchical cluster analysis for them. The results show that P has a strong positive correlation with S

and Pt has strong positive correlations with Cu

Zn and Fe.The related elements can be classified into two main clusters

one containing P and S

and the other including Pt

Zn and Fe.The possibilities and limitations of the two probes for the analysis of biological samples are discussed.
