A technique of annual dose determination for unbalanced U series samples is described in this paper. The content of 238U is determined by neutron activation analysis and that of 226Ra by a Ge semiconductor detector. Escape coefficient of radon is estimated by an alpha- particle counter or a gamma spectrometer. A formula for annual dose calculation of unbalanced U series samples is derived.
