Some theoretical considerations for the development of a fission-couple are introduced. The performances of the fission- couple are determined experimentally.The detector can be used to monitor the temperature-time relations of fissile bead in neutron radiation field. Its sensitivity to neutron is about 3× 109 thermal neutrons/cm2. ℃ and time response is better than 1 μs.
