摘要

用能量为６５ｋｅＶ、剂量为６×１０１６Ａｒ２＋／ｃｍ２的离子束辐照表面蒸镀１２０ｎｍ铝或铝－镁的ＥＮ８低碳钢，形成铝或铝－镁镀层。在ｐＨ＝５．６的醋酸缓蚀液中用多次扫描极化曲线的方法测量样品的耐腐蚀性能。实验结果表明；铝镀层能有效地提高样品的耐腐蚀性能。当镀层中的镁处于界面上、但是又不在界面上形成纯镁层时，样品在测量中显示镁的阴极保护。

Abstract

An aluminium or aluminium-magnesium coating with a thickness of 120 nm on low carbon steel EN8 is irradiated with a 65keV beam to an intensity of 6×1016Ar2+ /cm2.Corrosion resistance of the samples its studied with the multi-sweep cyclic polarization curve.The results prove that aluminium coating can increase effectively corrosion resistance of the samples.When magnesium is in the interface but not form a pure magnesium layer the cathodic protection of magnesium is observed in the experiment.
