摘要

在

H-TdR细胞参入试验、

H-TdR低高浓度两次细胞标记及细胞迁移示踪试验中

对三种闪烁体POPOP、PBD及PPO的不同浓度的荧光增敏效率进行了比较

结果表明

7.5％PPO的二甲苯闪烁液在样品曝光48h后增敏效果最佳

灵敏度比普通方法提高15-20倍

为提高显微自显影的效率提供了依据。

Abstract

The sensitizing effects of POPOP

PBD and PPO were compared in 3H-TdR incorporation experiment

3H-TdR low and high concentration twice labelling experiment and a cell migration tracer experiment. The results indicate that 7.5% PPO in xylene with an exposure time of 48 h is most satisfactory. The efficiency was increased for 15-20 times.
