摘要

介绍了对161例冠心病患者采用

99m

TC-MIBI心肌显像潘生丁试验一天法方案进行检测的结果

其中20例与冠状动脉造影进行了对比观察

患者先作

99m

Tc-MIBI静态平面与断层心肌显像

接着进行潘生丁试验

再于静脉注射

99m

Tc-MIBI后1h作平面与断层心肌显像。采用本方法诊断冠心病的灵敏度为91％。其检测LAD的灵敏度为88％;诊断RCA及Lex的灵敏度分别为81％与77％、特异性分别为66％与72％。结果说明

与两天法相似

对于冠心病的诊断

冠状动脉各支病变的检测和预后的估测均有较高的灵敏度与特异性。

Abstract

Dipyridamo.le 99mTc MIBI myocadial imaging one day protocol was performed in 161 patients with CAD. The overall sensitivity for the detection of CAD was 91%. The sensitivities and specificities for detecting individual vessel involvement were 88% for LAD

81% and 66% for RCA and 77% and 72% for Lcx

respectively. The results showed that the one day protocol provides a convenient method with the same high sensitivity as the two days protocol.
