摘要

研究了在Ｃｙｃｌｏｎｅ－３０回旋加速器上利用核反应６９Ｇａ（ｐ，２ｎ）６８Ｇｅ制备无载体６８Ｇｅ的工艺条件，并研制成生产６８Ｇｅ的半自动化装置，提出了一种固体靶制备方法，靶材料为Ｇａ４Ｎｉ合金，质子能量Ｅｐ＝２０ＭｅＶ，辐射过的靶子用硝酸溶解，然后通过液液萃取系统分离６８Ｇｅ，经热实验验证６８Ｇｅ回收率＞９１％。

Abstract

The preparation of carrier-free add germanium-68 by the nuclear reaction69Ga(p

3n)69Ge in Cyclone-30 was studied. A semi-automatic device for producinggermanium-68 was developed. The solid target which was an alloy of Ga4Ni wasobtained. After bombardment with 20MeV protons

the irradiated target wasdissolved in nitric acid and separated utilizing a liquid-liquid extraction systemgiving a recovery of 91% of the germanium-68 product.
