摘要

结合小尺寸CdZnTe半导体探测器

针对低能γ射线

设计了结构紧凑的低噪声16路核电子学阵列探测系统

结合了系统的工作原理和测试结果。常温下

对241Am的59.5keVγ射线

每个探测通道总噪声大约为8.9keV（FWHM）

计数能力约为9×104/s。

Abstract

A compact detector system matched to small size CdZnTe detectors has been developed for low energy γ-ray measurement.The linear array system has 16 channels of low noise nuclear read-out electronics.The principle of operation and the results of the system are presented.At room temperature

for 241Am 59.5 keV γ-ray

the total noise of each channel detector system is about 8.9 keV(FWHM)

and its count rate capability is about 9×104/s.
