摘要

选用河北邢窑、定窑、井陉窑出土的精细白瓷碎片各 10片

用同步辐射X射线荧光（SRXRF）对其胎、釉 +胎中的元素进行半定量分析

并采用SPSS软件对分析数据进行聚类分析和主因子分析。统计分析结果显示上述三个窑址的白瓷的胎和釉的元素组成有显著的差异

表明用无损科技测试的手段有可能解决考古学家和陶瓷鉴定专家难以解决的问题

为建立河北白瓷的界定标准提供科学依据

Abstract

samples were chosen from the fine white porcelain sherds excavated in Xing

Ding and Jingxing kilns of Hebei province. Their bodies and glaze were analyzed for 19 elements by SRXRF

followed by the cluster analysis and principal factor analysis. The statistical results show that porcelains of each kiln are classified as one class according to their elemental composition. It indicates that provenance of the fine white porcelains may be identified based on their chemical components.
