摘要

EDXRF-1024便携式高精度X荧光分析仪采用的是新型电致冷Si-PIN半导体探测器和放射性同位素源

在无液氮冷却的条件下能够实现对样品的现场测量;仪器一次可以同时测量5种以上元素

甚至多达十余种元素的定性、定量测定

其检出限可达10—200mg/kg

在原位条件下分析精度可达2%—10%。

Abstract

The EDXRF-1024 portable high-precision X-ray fluorescence analyzer adopts new electric refrigeration Si-PIN semiconductor detector and radioisotope sources. Without liquid nitrogen cooling the on-site measurement can be realized

and qualitative and quantitative analysis can be completed for 5—10 kinds of elements simultaneously. The detection limits range from 100 to 200 mg/kg

and the precision is 2%—10%.
