摘要

采用多个条件和流程进行冻干药盒的制备和９９ｍＴＣ的标记，对得到的标记品进行理化检测和荷瘤小鼠体内生物分布试验，筛选出最佳的药盒配制和标记方法。制得的冻干药盒每瓶含ＤＭＳＡ０．５５ｍｇ，ＳｎＣｌ２０．１０ｍｇ，可用１８．５－７４０ＭＢｑ９９ｍＴｃＯ４洗脱液一步法标记，９９ｍＴｃ（Ｖ）－ＤＭＳＡ放化纯度≥９５％，带瘤小鼠组织分布瘤／肝比值为２．５，瘤／血比值为２．２。药盒室温放置４个月后性能稳定，符合临床使用要求。

Abstract

The methods to prepare instant kit of 99mTc(V)-DMSA were evaluated and optimized. Various conditions and procedures were taken to prepare and label the kit. The physico-chemical properties and biodistribution of the labelling compound were tested in order to select the optimal condition. Each kit contains 0.55mg DMSA and 0.1mg SnCl2. An aliquot of 1.0-10mL 99mTcO4 was mixed with the kit for labelling

and a radiochemical purity of ≥95% was then reached. The biodistribution ratios of tumor/liver and tumor/blood are 2.5 and 2.2 respectively in tumor bearing mice.
