摘要

研究了１，２－二羟基－１，２－二膦酸乙烷（ＤＨＰＥ）、２，８－二羟基－２，３－二膦酸丁烷（ＤＨＰＢ及２，４－二羟基－２，４－二膦酸戊烷（ＤＨＰＰ）三种络合物的合成并用９９ｍＴｃ标记，研究了影响标记率的因素和标记的最佳方法。对这三种络合物进行了小鼠体内生物分布的对比研究，结果表明３种化合物与９９ｍＴｃ均能很好地络合，并具有亲骨性。

Abstract

2-dihydroxy-1

2-his (dihydroxy phosphonyl) ethane (DHPE)

3-dihydroxy2

3-bis (dihydroxy phosphonyl) butane (DHPB) and 2

4-dihydroxy-2

4-bis(dihydroxy phosphonyl) pentane (DHPP) were synthesized and were labelled by ~99mTc.The influencing factors were studied and the best labelling procedures.were obtained.The biodistribution of ~99mTc-DHPE

99mTc-DHPB and ~99mTc-DHPP in mice wereevaluated. The results of the biodistribution show significant accumulation of all theabove three ligands in mouse bone.
