摘要

微核测定是七十年代初由Matter和Schmid建立的一种新的细胞遗传学测定体系，被人们誉为染色体损伤的快速测定方法

。尽管它的灵敏度低于染色体畸变分析，但该方法简单、可靠、迅速、易于掌握，因此，目前在辐射损伤、化学诱变及毒理学研究等方面已得到广泛应用。

Abstract

In this paper

the correlation between chromosome aberrations and micronucleus in peripheral blood T-lymphocytes of macaque induced by different ways of y-ray irradiation is reported. The results indicated that chromosome aberration frequencies and micronuclear frequecies were increased with the radiation dose under acute single

fractionated cumulative and chronic continuous exposure conditions. The T-lymphocyte micronuclear frequencies in peripheral blood were increased with the chromosome aberration frequencies

and correlation between them were rather close.
