摘要

在辐射育种的研究工作中，要想得到准确的生物量，首先要有准确的物理量。

射线和活体植株间的作用是紧密的能量传递过程，它将部分能量传递给活体植株各个器官，而某些器官在一定生长期吸收能量的多少又与遗传效应直接相关。但是，由于各器官不同生育期各元素的百分含量不同，在同一照射量下，吸收能量的多少也不同。辐射育种工作者在考虑与遗传密切相关的器官剂量给予量时，转换因子就显得特别重要。所以测定活体植株不同时期各器官的元素百分含量，并计算出相应的

X-D

转换系数，对于由照射量（

）转换为吸收剂量（Gy）是必要的。

Abstract

This paper describes the basic principle and experimental method for irradiating living plants by analysing the effect of

Co γ-ray radiation dose on wheat and rice plants. With the measurement of the percentage of C

O and N in plants at the different growing period

the absorbed coeffecient of quality-energy and the F value of the transforming factor between Roentgen and Grey (X-D) were obtained. The F value for rice was 9.649× 10

-3

—9.452×10

Gy from tillering period to grain filling stage and that for wheat was 9.633×10

—9.551×10

Gy. In addition the radiation absorbed dose for rice and wheat plants could be calculated. The results of the experiment provided the basic data for radiation of rice and wheat plants at the growing period to enchance the radiation mutagenic frequency.
