近年来，核素心肌显像已是诊断心肌缺血等病较有价值的方法，对冠心病和心肌梗塞等的诊断和预后有重要意义。但目前应用的心肌显像剂

I标记的间碘苄胍（mIBG）类显像剂

I-mIBG心肌显像的初步临床应用结果。

Abstract

The preliminary clinical uses of

131

I-mIBG in 13 cases of adrenal medulla imaging and 6 cases of myocardial infarction imaging were reported. Normal myocardial imaging or no imaging was obtained in the former cases

while radioactive defect was found in infarcted site. It is thus suggested that

131

I-mIBG myocardial imaging would be helpful for the diagnosis of myocadial infarction. Besides

it may be also used in diagnosis of pheochromcytoma and the investigation of catechclamine metabolism in myocardium.
