摘要

高气压静电加速器的能量稳定与否，主要取决于稳压电路的性能，包括电路的设计和参数的选择。通常采用从分析器出口狭缝的上、下板取束流信号，经差分放大之后去控制电晕三极管的电晕电流来达到稳压，因此必须有束流通过狭缝才能稳压。可是在调束时束流波动很大或突然消失，出口狭缝处常常没有讯号，此时加速器只处于自然稳定状态之下，极易造成高压放电（击穿），这种击穿具有破坏性，使以后可能达不到原先能量，影响实验。这对加速器的安全是威胁。为了解决上述问题我们研制了双控稳压及高压保护装置。

Abstract

The principle of a double control and breakdown prevention device is described. The operational performances are described. It has been proved experimentally that this device can effectively prevent the accidentally terminal voltage rising that may result a destructive breakdown. With the help of the device

the energy of accelerated particle has been increased from 2.0 МеV to 2.88 MeV

the regulation of beam is also made much more conveneint and safer

and the voltagestability has been improved noticeably.
