DL-

［

H］-苯丙氨酸是生物化学、遗传工程等广为使用的氚标记化合物之一。以前大都采用N-乙酰胺基肉桂酸的催化氚化来制备

[1~3]

。此方法工艺流程长、操作复杂。为此，我们采用了催化卤－氚交换法来制备DL-［4-

H］-苯丙氨酸，并获得了成功。比放射性为16.6Ci/mmol，产品经三种溶剂系统纸层析和放射性扫描测定放化纯度均在95%以上。

Abstract

DL-[4-

H]-phenylalanine was prepared by catalytic halogen-tritium exchange method The labelled T was removed by repeated equilibration with methanol and water. Finally the product was purified by paper chromatograph. The specific radioactivity of DL-[4-

H]-phenylalanine is 16.6 Ci/mmol. The radiochemical purity is more than 95%.
