摘要

小麦拔节期照射是提高诱变频率的有效途径。两年来，我们对冬小麦“扬麦一号”开展了拔节期

射线照射的试验，探索适宜的照射剂量，观察其辐射效应。

Abstract

This paper reports the radiation effect of

0Co

-rays applied on

generation of wheat at elongation stage. The results of experiment has shown that the growing and development process of

generation plant were inhibited due to radiation injury. The results has also shown that the percentage of mainstem panicle at later stage was in close relation with percentage of mosaic leave plant. The percentage of mosaic leave plant increased with increasing radiation dosage

while percentage of main-stem panicle was decreased. If 50% percentage of main-stem panicle or 50% percentage of mosaic leaves plant was taken as half lethal dose (LD

)

the dose was obtained by intersection of growing and declining curves

and was optimal dosage for

-rays irradiation at elongtion stage

such dose was found to be 1100—1200 roentgen (

=0.95) .
