介绍过从铂管舟里蒸发三氧化钨（WO

）的方法。我们在钨、钼、钽、锆等各种高温材料做成的V形舟里，做过蒸发三氧化钨的实验，但均未取得满意的结果。试用氧化铝和氮化硼作坩埚蒸发三氧化钨也不好。要制备3~25mg/cm

以上的厚靶，更为困难。主要原因是三氧化钨粉末在蒸发过程中极易从舟中突然蹦跳出来，致使蒸发收集量极微，甚至完全失败。

In this paper the sublimate method of preparation of WO

target is described. The thickness of target is up to 5mg/cm

and the random tearing problem has been solved.
