摘要

放射性探测地下水的方法，是一种间接找水的物探方法。它是在水文地质调查的基础上，以地质、水文地质条件分析为依据，用辐射仪器探测现代或者早期的水文地质构造和含水岩系（组）中的地下水活动形迹的放射性强度，即自然地质历史形成物的放射性强度增高或降低（与天然背景值相比）值，区别或者判断含水构造或非含水构造、含水岩系（组）或非含水岩系（组），从而达到找寻地下水的目的。

Abstract

This paper deals with theoretical and practical problems related to exploring hot water by γ-ray measurement method in karstified limestone areas of South Spring

Chongqing. It has been discovered that higher values are usually measured in the regions of hot-waterbearing structures

and lower γ values

in the regions of karstified cold-water-bearing strata. The factors that influence γ values and the significance of the derived conclusions to exploring the terrestrial hot energy and karst water are also discussed.
