摘要

用PIXE法对非神经系统疾病手术患者及婴儿瘫后遗症患者经临床检查符合正常指标的脑脊液进行多元素含量测定。结果表明：与非神经系统疾病手术患者不同，婴儿瘫后遗症患者脑脊液可检出的元素多，Zn元素含量显著降低而Pb含量则高于1ppm，有可能与前期疾病有关。

Abstract

The cerebrospinal fluid examination is significant for the diagnosis and differentiation of many nervous system diseases and nervous system complications after some internal diseases

and it also has some referential value for judging curative effect and prognosis. This paper is a description of a multielement analysis on cerebrospinal fluid of non-nervous system diseases patients and sequela of infantile paralysis patients by PIXE. The analysis shows that the detectable elements in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with sequela of infantile paralysis are more than those in patients affected with non-nervous system diseases

the Zn content of the former is lower

and the Pb content of the former is higher than 1ppm. This may be related to early stage diseases.
