摘要

本文着重评价位相分析法在12例预激综合征病人上的临床价值。用一级谐波傅里叶变换法对感兴趣区内每个象素元的时间活性曲线进行拟合，经计算机处理后以振幅显像、位相显像，位相直方图及电影式位相显像的方式显示，在12例病人中根据其心电图分为三组即：B型（8例）、A型（3例）和隐匿型（1例），8例B型患者的MRV，ΔEarliest和ΔM（LV-RV）等三项指标均与正常组有显著差异，通过定性及定量的分析，右室的位相变化早于左室。3例A型中，有2例位相显像与EKG相符，另一例则不符，1例隐匿型也与心电图有很好相关。

总之，我们认为本方法对提前兴奋区的定位是很有用的，并且对于预激综合征的诊断及研究仍有很大的潜力。

Abstract

In this study

an attempt was made to evalute the clinical value of phase analysis in preexcitation syndrome. The first Fourier harmonic of time-curve in each pixal was computed and displayed as amplitude image

phase distribution histogram and cinephase image. In 12 patients with preexcitation syndrome

three types are confirmed by EKG: B type (8 cases)

A type (3 cases) and Concealed type (1 case) . In 8 cases of B type

the MRV

The ΔEarliest and ΔM (LV-RV) are markedly different from those of normal patients. By the quantitative and quantitative analysis

the phase changes in right ventricule is earlier than those in left ventricule. In 3 cases of A type

the phase image in 2 cases is correlated with the EKG. While the other one is not. one case of Concealed type is also correlated well with the EKG.

In conclution

we think that this method may be very useful for the locatation of preexcitation site

also it has great potential both for the diagnosis and investigation of preexcitation syndrome.
