摘要

地质样品的中子活化分析中，

235

U的裂变反应对La、Ce、Nd、Mo、Zr、Br等测量核素产生叠加干扰，实验测定了池式反应堆中心孔道、活性区孔道热中子与超热中子的铀裂变系数；

235

U核反应生成核及其子体和某些裂变碎片的

射线谱对Lu、Sm、Nd、Ba等测量核素产生谱干扰，实验测定了

谱的分支比，以供剥谱修正使用。文中还介绍了关键实验条件的控制，并对各类地质样品稀土元素测定中铀干扰修正的误差进行了讨论。

Abstract

The superimposition interferences of fission nuclides and spectral interferences from uranium in neutron activation analysis of La

Br etc. in geological samples have been studied systematically. The uranium fission coefficiints

thermal and epithermal neutron activation and spectral peaks of

239

Np and

147

Nd have been determined experimentally. The control of key experimental conditions is described with a discussion about correcting uranium interference in the determination of REE for different geological samples.
