摘要

本文报道了大鼠血浆（或血清）和组织中甲

-巨球蛋白的RIA。与存在于大鼠血液中的甲

-巨球蛋白类似物无交叉反应。该法灵敏度为8ng/ml，平均回收率104.3%，组内

为6.30%，组间

为9.93%。另外还测定了正常大鼠血浆及部分组织内甲

-巨球蛋白的含量。

Abstract

A double-antibody radioimmunoassay of α

-macroglobulin was developed for quantitation of this large macromolecule in rat serum (or plasma) and tissue extracts. There was no cross reaction with α

-macroglobulin analogues which existed in rat serum. The sensitivity was 8.0 ng/ml and the mean recovery rate was 104.3%

with the intea and intra assay CV of 6.30% and 9.93% respectively. Finally

the levels of α

-macroglobulin in normal rat plasma and several tissue extracts were determined by this metnod.
