摘要

测量了马氏体（Fe-Ni）相变过程和热弹马氏体（Ti-Ni、Cu-Zn-Al）相变过程中的正电子湮没Doppler展宽能谱线形参数，其数据对于认识马氏体和热弹马氏体相变的本质，相变过程中的缺陷变化和相变前驱效应，对于解释形状记忆效应是有用的。

Abstract

Measurements of S-lineshape parameter of Doppler-broadening spectra of positron annihilation were carried out during martensite (Fe-Ni) and thermoelastic martensite (Ti-Ni

Cu-Zn-Al) transformations. The data are useful to explain the difference between martensite and thermoelastic martensite transformation

the change of defects during transformation

the premonitory effect and the shape memory effect.
