摘要

犬外周血淋巴细胞体外经不同低剂量率

Co γ射线小剂量（0.5、0.25、0.05、0.01和0.005Gy）辐照后，用台盼蓝拒染法观察其辐射损伤致死效应，从照后0.4和8h所检测的结果表明：小剂量γ射线淋巴细胞辐射损伤的程度与照射剂量间有一定依存关系，但早期表现不明显，随照后时间推移，逐渐出现类同大剂量照射的线性正相关规律；而它同低剂量率之间是从照后早期开始就明显有规律地表现负相关的关系。

Abstract

Normal dog blood lymphocytes were irradiated by

-rays at doses of 0.50

0.25

0.05

0.01 and 0.005 Gy with dose-rates of 0.20

0.01

0.003

0.001 and 0.0003 Gy per min. in vitro. Lymphocyte survival was distinguished with an exclusion test of trypan blue. The results from the examination at intervals of 0.4 and 8h after exposure suggest that a relation between effects and doses is not obvious at the initial duration and is gradually increased with time by a linear correlation. On the other hand

an inverse dose rate effects on lymphocyte survival was observed from begining to end.
