摘要

本文介绍加速器质谱计用于测定天然物质中超微量同位素

Be及其在地球科学中的应用。环境样品

Be的测定可用于研究大气和海洋中发生的各种传输作用过程；大陆沉积物

Be分布及迁移直接与黄土（或土壤）的堆积和侵蚀有关。

Be是一种反映各种地球化学作用过程的理想的示踪剂。

Abstract

For ten years the accelcrator mass spectrometry of

C and

Be has been developing rapidly. It has been proved to be a successful new experimental method. It has attracted scholars with interests ranging from the time variation of cosmic rays to the evolution of soils.

Be has a high atmospheric production rate and a low abundance of the stable isotope. The measurement of

Be in the environment has been applied to research on the atmosphere

the cosmic-ray history found in Arctic ice

pelagic scdiments

the evolution of loess and its erosion

the formation of continental margins and the nature of island arc volcanism. A brief review is given in this paper.
