摘要

氚标记阿糖腺苷（Ara-A）自尾静脉注入正常小鼠，根据不同时相，采用均相法，分别测定血液、肌肉、脏器、尿、粪便的放射性强度，由此获得[8-

H]-Ara-A在各组织中的分布和随尿和粪便排泄的数据。

Abstract

By tail i.v. to normal mice

the radioactivity in blood

muscle

viscera

urine and feces were determined homogeneously according to different time interval. The information on distribution in various tissues and excretion in urine and feces was also obtained.
